About
Hello, I’m Sandra.
I spent 15 years as a software tester before I became a coach — so when a client tells me their mind won’t stop racing, or they can’t tell anymore if a decision is actually theirs or just the next box to check, I don’t need it explained to me. I’ve lived it.
What I do isn’t about building confidence. Most of my clients aren’t short on capability — they’re short on clarity. Somewhere between the deadlines, the pace, and the pressure to keep performing, they’ve lost touch with what’s actually true for them. My job is to help them find it again.
I do this through deep listening and the kind of questions that don’t let you circle the surface — and through breathwork journeys, a method I’m certified in through BreathMasters, that quiet the noisy, analytical part of the mind long enough for something truer to surface. It’s not relaxation. It’s clarity you can feel in your body, not just your head.
I’m not going through the motions with my clients. I’m fully there — for the wins, the hard parts, all of it.

Proof, not promises
In their words
Before working with you, I felt like I had so much to do or would like to do, but when the time came, I ended up feeling overwhelmed and not doing anything.
I had heard about coaching before, but since I work in the IT field, I thought that people wouldn’t understand me or that it would be difficult to explain myself. I felt much more relieved when I found out that you worked in the IT field and that you would somehow understand me. However, now that I look back, I realize that even if you weren’t from this field, what mattered were the goals and the work we defined together.
As soon as I started coaching with you, I immediately felt significant changes. By setting real goals and objectives for each subsequent session, I was able to organize myself and find time to do what we had defined. It helped to have these goals defined with someone. That way, I knew I couldn’t disappoint you or myself, and I would have the goals accomplished in the next session. Without a doubt, I would recommend a friend to do coaching with you, especially if they are overwhelmed, directionless, or unsure where to start.
“It’s like our minds are a jumble of tangled strings, and when talking to Sandra, she starts pulling one end of the string and hands it back to us so we can start wrapping it neatly around a roll of ideas and conclusions.”
